Mick Jensen
Chairman of the board
Jensen is the former CEO of Great Plains Communications in Blair, Nebraska and has been
an advocate/activist for rural telecommunication infrastructure for over thirty years. |

Rick Kolkman
Vice Chairman of the board
Kolkman is the President of First National Bank in North Platte, Nebraska. Originally from South Dakota, Kolkman offers invaluable experience in what works and what’s coming down the pike in Western Nebraska. |

Dennis Wiederholt
Treasurer of the board
Outdoorsman extraordinaire, Wiederholt, by day, is Senior Principal and CFO for DLR Group, a national leader in architecture based in Omaha. Wiederholt treasures the natural beauty Nebraska offers and recognizes the need to share The Good Life. |

John Jordison
Secretary of the board
Jordison is the Director of Economic Development and Government Relations for Great Plains Communications. Steeped in years of rural living and state policy research, Jordison is an active leader and the organization’s original “guy on the street.”

Adam Herink
Member of the board
Adam is the Vice President of Boyd Jones Construction. Originally from Norfolk, Adam holds a Masters in Community and Regional Development and Economic Development from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Adam’s work in construction and energy development take him all across Nebraska. This, coupled with his experience in urban Nebraska, has made Adam an invaluable Nebraskan in many regards.

Jessica Kolterman
Member of the board
Jessica serves as Nebraska Farm Bureau's Director of NFBF PAC and State Governmental Relations. As the head of NFBF's PAC, Jessica is responsible for fielding agriculture friendly candidates, advising those candidates on campaigns, and handling the day-to-day operations of the PAC. In working at the State level, Jessica is a lobbyist for Farm Bureau and works on policy development activities. Having worked for years in rural development and rural policy, Jessica is a natural fit for leadership at the Nebraska Renaissance Project.
